Galaxy Started making Card Can in 2001 in Ahmedabad, India. In first 3 years of Operation, we sold Card Cans to more than 50 units in India. After successful installation and feedback from Indian Customer, we started exporting our cans from 2007 and Now Exports the same to more than 24 Countries Around the world.

Mass Production of Card Can and Its Accessories, need Sound and In-house tool room. We are equipped with Precision CNC machines for milling, Spark Erosion, Wire Cut Operation, Surface Grinding ect. We have a group of Engineers Apecializing in Tool Design using contemporary software tools.

Spinning Can

Galaxy Silver Can Seamless Cylindrical Body are made from Virgin High Density Polyethylene Antistatic Sheets. Smooth finish of Can Body, prevent silver damage from Rubbing. Virgin Quality HDPE Sheets ensure Cylindrical Intregity.

We make Can Body in Various Size, Thickness and Height. We can offer more then 25 Colors of Card Cans. We make Can Body Upyo 1200mm Diameter and 1500mm in Height. Welding is Performed by Pneumatic PLC Controlled Machines, to ensure long life, Smooth finish and perfect cylindrical shape.

We Can also make can body as per customer requirement in different shapes.

Top Plate

Top Plate of the Spring is Designed to Give Perfect Holding of Spring and Allows more Silver, Ensuring Zero Damage to Top Plate from Spring Pressure during Operation.

Top Plates are manufactured from Unbreakable Polymers and Galvanized Electro Steel with Anti silp surface. Top Plates have a friction Surface ro Anchor the initial coil of sliver, preventing theow out. They are light, rigid and anti corrosive.

Top Ring

Top Rims and Bands are fitted on the top of Cylinder for Smooth and perfect Round Shape. The Bands are awaged with Top Rims making the Top Strong and Robust, to hold the Can Firmly for Right Shape. Top Rims and Bands are available in both Gl and Stainless Steel.

Bottom Plates and Rims

Bottom Plates and Rims are made on Heavy Duty Power Press. G.I Bottom Plates embossed and Rims give support to Cans and Hold there Balance. Bottom Plates are supplied with Castor Fitting Arrangement. Bottom Rims are made from Superior Quality Steel. G.I Bottom Bands are provided to strength the bottom of the cans and are mainly used for Auto Doffing System. Bottom Bands are available in both G.I and Stainless Steel.

Coiled / Pantograph Spring

Galaxy Springs are manufactured from High Carbon Spring Steel on Fully Automatic Machines. The Heat Treatment is done with PLC Controlled Automatic Temperature Control Furnaces, to give Perfect Load and Pre Tension. Spring are Tested and supplied with Different load barring capacity as per customer requirement.

For Bigger Diameter Cans, Galaxy Recommends Spring with Stabilized Pantograph Structure. Pantograph Structure Springs allow higher load on springs with Zero Tilting and Smooth Uniform Doffing, GI Scissors action Electro welded Pantograph Structure (with Moulded Top Plates upto 600 mm and with GI Top Plates above 600 mm) and Spring ensure uniform movement and zero tilting of Top Plate.

Castor

We make Different Type of Castors. Specially Developed Dust Free Swivel Castors have pressed zinc steel Body with Thrust bearing for Swivel Movement and Axial ball bearing. High Impact Nylon (Also Polyurethane) wheel provide smooth and silent movement of the Card can. It is available in 60 mm and 80 mm size. We also make customized castors.
